I personally know both of these ladies and you couldn't find anyone with more integrity or caring hearts. These 2 really care about people - and have a wonderful gift of encouragement - making you feel valued and special. Their business is about their clients - you are treated as # 1 priority to them! I have had several treatments with Jan -- with great results! I was fully informed before my treatments about the process and risks. They answered every question I had throughout my treatment period, also. These ladies' combined experience of 13 years absolutely stands out and you couldn't find any better service anywhere! Do NOT hesitate to experience freedom from unwanted hair; and in the meantime, have a great time getting to know 2 of the neatest gals anywhere !!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company these ladies really know customer service. They are honest, friendly, and knowledgeable in what they do. When I first came to see them I was very unfamiliar with the process but they made sure to go over everything with me and they very much set my mind at ease. I looked into other places and none of them seemed to be as genuine about what they do. You can really get a sense that Jan and Deb have a passion for helping others. These ladies have been nothing less then professional each and every time I have gone to see them. I have recommended them many times and I will continue to do so. Refine is a great place for anyone who has had to deal with unwanted hair.

I cannot say how amazing and excellent Deb and Jan at Refine Laser have been!! I have had excellent results with my hair removal and they have been so easy to talk to and comfortable to be with! Definitely true--we have formed a friendship that will last for a long time! The prices are also very reasonable and the technicians are very sensitive and able to meet all cultural/diversity needs! I would recommend this place hands down to anyone looking for laser or electrolysis treatment.

I have had four laser sessions now. The results are everything i was hoping for and expecting. Deb and Jan are very professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions. I would recommend Refine highly to anyone considering laser or electrolysis .

I have been so amazingly impressed by these women. When considering laser, I interviewed a number of different laser offices as to the technology used, pricing, scheduling, technicians, and professionalism. Hands down I was so very impressed with this office. Not only that, but through my 5 treatments that I have had with them, I have developed a friendship that I know will continue past the end of my treatments. This is better than having a great hairdresser!! Now the only question is: Is there anything else I need lasered so that I can keep coming to this office?
