REFINE isn’t new to Chanhassen, MN, but it may feel that way because big, amazing changes are coming!
For many years, this office has brought exceptional aesthetic services to clients in Minnesota. I was a proud member of that former team, but now I’m excited to take this business into my own hands and introduce the new and rebranded REFINE Laser & Skin Care.
Taking this next step, I fully intend to continue delivering the same great services, but I have SO MUCH MORE PLANNED! Keep reading to learn more about me, the new REFINE, and about the exciting new additions coming to our menu of services.
Hi, I’m Renee
If we haven’t yet met, my name is Renee Ryski and I’m the new owner of REFINE Laser & Skin Care. I’m an Aesthetic Nurse Injector and Certified Laser Technician. With 18+ years of experience in medical aesthetics, I’m known here in Chanhassen, MN thanks to my wonderful, satisfied network of patients. I service both younger and mature clients and love working with a wide range of beautiful people looking to enhance their appearance.
I tribute my knowledge to years of professional education in facial anatomy, body shaping, and skincare. This is essential in providing my patients with the most effective, safest, and best outcomes. I’m also obsessed with learning modern techniques to keep REFINE on top and delivering the best results possible.
I believe in enhancing one’s natural beauty, not changing who they are. That is why I aim to provide the most natural-looking outcomes for every patient. My ultimate goal is to help you become the best version of yourself with a little REFINEment… See what I did there? [insert the cringe face my sons make when I crack mom jokes 🤣.]

What’s next for REFINE?
In the past, most of our patients came here for just Laser Hair Removal and Injectables, but I like to think of that as a gateway to aesthetics. Botox and fillers will always be our most popular service, but they’re just a taste of what’s possible in aesthetic medicine!
We’ve already added some new services to our curated menu, but I have even more planned in our pipeline.
For example, REFINE is one of only 30 studios to launch the new RHA Collection (anti-aging fillers), to market. Other new services we’ve added are the advanced DiamondGlow Facial and the revolutionary SCITON Forever Young BBL Laser - two rejuvenating skin treatments.
