RENEE RYSKI
OWNER & AESTHETIC NURSE PROVIDER
Renee is an Aesthetic Nurse Provider and Certified Laser Technician residing in Eden Prairie. She is also a Certified Sciton BBL Hero® and Moxi® Trainer as well as an Aesthetic Nurse Instructor at Aesthetics Academy in Vadnais Heights, Mn. Renee has 20+ years of experience in medical aesthetics and has previously worked with patients at some of the top Med Spas in Chaska and Eden Prairie before acquiring her very own Med Spa, REFINE. Renee is well-known in Chanhassen, MN for her advanced injectables techniques and happy patient outcomes. Renee has many years of professional education in facial anatomy, body shaping, and skin care, which is essential in providing patients with the most effective and safest outcomes. Her passion for modern techniques to enhance the patient experience drives her to hold continued education in high regard. She aims to seek the most natural-looking outcomes for every patient.

ELIZABETH ANDERSON
AP ESTHETICIAN, CLT & COOLSCULPTING NATIONAL TRAINER
An Advanced Practice Esthetician, Certified Laser Technician, CoolSculpting Master, and a National Trainer for CoolSculpting, Elizabeth’s passion for this industry is only superseded by her knowledge and skills. She has over 15 years of experience in the field and has been trained by some of the top doctors in the industry. Her favorite skin treatments include the SkinPen and the Sciton ForeverYoung BBL. When she isn’t treating her patients, she is educating at clinics across the state on lasers and other advanced modalities.
Elizabeth has been changing people's bodies and lives with CoolSculpting since 2014. She was one of the first CoolSculpting providers in Minnesota to be designated a CoolSculpting Master. She became a Speaker for CoolSculpting in 2018 and then expanded her role by joining their National Training team in 2022. Elizabeth travels across the country training clinics on how to best treat their patients with CoolSculpting. She also travels to the 3 CoolSculpting training centers to help train the next generation of CoolSculpting providers. Why go to one of the clinics she trained when you can get treated by the best!
MIKAYLA McNARY
AESTHETIC NURSE PROVIDER
Mikayla is a Registered Nurse and Aesthetic Provider at Refine Laser & Skin Care, Chanhassen. She has a passion for enhancing each and every patient’s unique beauty to their satisfaction. After completing her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in her home state of South Dakota, Mikayla moved to the Twin Cities where she has worked as a Registered Nurse for over ten years. Her entire career has been shaped around empowering people and making them feel like the best version of themselves. She is committed to continued education regarding the newest techniques, services and products and has attended multiple training opportunities with top injectors from across the country. Mikayla is loved by her patients for her gentle hand with the needle and her bubbly personality. Her goal for her patients is to support the aging process with natural enhancements and healthy, glowing skin.
ALYSSA RYSKI
PRACTICE MANAGER
Alyssa graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities College of Design with a Bachelor’s degree in Retail Merchandising. After spending 5 years in the corporate world as a Buyer, she decided to change careers to something she was more passionate about. Although you will mostly see her at the front desk, Alyssa helps run the business behind the scenes. She also runs our social media accounts and helps with everything marketing related. Alyssa has always had a passion for skin care and is excited to be a part of the industry. She truly enjoys getting to know each patient and loves being able to use her knowledge of skincare products to help them choose a regimen perfectly tailored to their needs!
When Alyssa isn’t at REFINE, she’s pursuing passions like interior design, fashion, and beauty, trying a new restaurant, or walking her Golden Doodle, Frankie.
DR. GREGORY T. MESNA
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Mesna has lived in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area his entire life. After earning his Bachelor of Arts in chemistry at St. Olaf College in Northfield, he went on to study dentistry and medicine at the University of Minnesota. He received a Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1985, followed by his Medical Doctorate in 1989. He continued his internship and residency in general surgery and then narrowed his focus by participating in a plastic surgery residency and fellowship program from1993 to 1996. After Dr. Mesna became a fully-qualified plastic surgeon, he opened his Minneapolis-area practice in 1996.
Dr. Mesna is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and maintains membership with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Minnesota Society of Plastic Surgeons.
When he is not at work, Dr. Mesna enjoys playing golf and tennis, as well as coaching his children in various sports.
